Look at what my body can do. 
How could I hate it for so many years - knowing all the magnificent things it could do? It keeps me alive, after all. It lets me taste wonderful foods and smell beautiful flowers. It lets me walk for miles and miles and fold my body into poses I never dreamed possible. And after all the abuse I’ve put it through, I think I’m ready to just love every freckle, curvy bit, not-so curvy bit and everything else in-between. After all, if anyone truly deserves your love - it’s you. 
Courage. We all suffer. Keep going.

Yoga update may

Hi!

Yeah so I´ve been doing yoga at least a little bit every day. Everything from 3 mins sun salutation to longer up to an hour. I can see progress in my flexibility and my arms are stronger. I tried out headstand (against the wall) and let´s just say that I made it but I was´nt cheering about it cus It was´nt great. 
I did manage to do the bridge tho´for the first time in my life! It was soooo amazing and I felt like I could do anything after that.

Since It´s been going a bit slow on the progress I´ve been kind of bored with my rutine, but at least I´m sticking to it and I really do feel progress in my knee pain (Painful to run and walk fast etc..)

I´m going to keep to it and upgrade my program next month.
